准直器型扩束光纤连接器插入损耗的设计和控制

摘要
扩束光纤连接器是一种特殊的非接触式光纤连接器,具有抗污染能力强、机械寿命性能优越及抗振动冲击能力强的特点,但工程化设计及制造难度大.通过对准直器型扩束光纤连接器的工作原理和插入损耗影响因素的研究,提出了降低该类连接器插入损耗的设计和控制措施,并总结出了一套行之有效的装配调试方法,希望为准直器型扩束光纤连接器的设计和制造提供参考.
Abstract
The expanded beam fiber optic connectors are a special type of non-contact fiber optic connector with strong pollution resistance,superior mechanical life performance,and strong resistance to vibration and impact.However,the engineering design and manufacturing of the connects are difficult.By studying the working principle and influencing factors of insertion loss of collimator type expanded beam fiber optic connectors,the design and control measures to reduce insertion loss of such connectors are proposed,and an effective assembly and debugging method is summarized,hoping to provide reference for the design and manufacturing of collimator type expanded beam fiber optic connectors.
