水上光伏系统用自然交联防水防霉电缆的研制

为适应水上光伏系统的工作状态,解决传统陆用光伏电缆水上长期运行时电气性能下降的问题,研制了水上光伏系统专用的防水防霉电缆.该水上光伏电缆在传统陆用光伏电缆的基础上,借助自主开发的硅烷自然交联型聚烯烃绝缘和护套材料,在满足光伏电缆常规的电气性能、机械性能、环境适应性要求外,提升了电缆防水、耐盐雾和耐霉菌性能,使之适应于长期在水面环境的使用,确保光伏系统长期运行的稳定性和可靠性.
Development of Natural Cross-Linked Waterproof Mouldproof Cable for Photovoltaic System on Water
In order to adapt to the working state of the photovoltaic system on water and solve the problem of electrical performance degradation of traditional terrestrial photovoltaic cables during long-term operation on water,a special waterproof mouldproof cable for the photovoltaic system on water is developed.On the basis of the traditional terrestrial photovoltaic cable,the photovoltaic cable on water,with the help of the self-developed silane natural cross-linked polyolefin insulation and sheath materials,has improved the waterproof,salt mist resistant,and mould growth resistant performance of the cable in addition to meeting the conventional electrical performance,mechanical performance,and environmental adaptability requirements of the photovoltaic cable,making it suitable for long-term use in the water environment,and ensuring the stability and reliability of the long-term operation of the photovoltaic system.
