为了使我国电缆企业进入国外控制电缆市场,对450/750 V多芯控制电缆澳大利亚/新西兰标准AS/NZS 5000.3:2003(2017R)和我国国家标准GB/T 9330-2020之间的规定差异进行了对比解读.两个标准不仅对电缆导体、绝缘线芯、成缆、屏蔽、内衬层(隔离套)、铠装和外护套方面规定各有不同,而且对电缆检测、电缆使用特性方面也进行了不同规定.各电缆企业应针对国内外450/750 V多芯控制电缆产品执行的技术标准差异,设计和生产出符合国外市场需求的优质电缆产品.
Comparison and Interpretation between AS/NZS and GB/T Standards for 450/750 V Multi-Core Control Cable
In order to enable Chinese cable enterprises to enter the foreign control cable market,the differences between the provisions of the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS 5000.3:2003(2017R)and the national standard GB/T 9330-2020 for 450/750 V multi-core control cable are compared and interpreted.The two standards not only have different provisions on cable conductor,insulated core,cabling,shielding,inner liner(insulating sleeve),armor and outer sheath,but also have different provisions on cable detection and cable use characteristics.All cable enterprises should design and produce high-quality cable products that meet the needs of foreign markets in accordance with the differences in technical standards implemented by domestic and foreign 450/750 V multi-core control cable products.
