The sheath strip force of high-voltage cables for new energy vehicles directly affects the processing quality and efficiency of cable assemblies.A study is conducted on the process control requirements,process influencing factors,and process control measures for the narrow suitable range and the high process control difficulty of sheath strip force of high-voltage cables for new energy vehicles.By controlling the process of influencing factors such as sheath material,mold spacing,mold sleeve size,and cable temperature after extrusion,effective control of sheath strip force is ultimately achieved.At the same time,innovative methods enable process control to only require inspection of mold spacing and mold size,resulting in a simple operation process,high debugging efficiency,and minimal cable waste.
