梦天对日定向装置至舱内功率传输设计与实现

为解决梦天实验舱对日定向装置输出 110 V高电压、50kW大功率供电传输至资源舱内过程中,定向装置输出端导线与资源舱穿舱电缆网接口不匹配导致的传输效率和可靠性下降以及热消耗增大的问题,设计了两种高电压大功率背景下供电传输连接方案.通过对比分析论证,优选了模压式压接方案.经过充分的仿真分析、环境试验验证、集成综合实验验证,该方案在最终的空间站梦天实验舱在轨运行过程中获得了成功,保证了舱内外高可靠、高效率的功率传输和型号任务的顺利完成.
Design and Implementation of High-Voltage and High-Power Supply Transmission on Mengtian Space Lab Module
In order to solve the problem of transmission efficiency and reliability decrease,as well as increased heat consumption,caused by the mismatch between the output wire of the directional device and the cable network interface of the resource module during the transmission of 110 V high-voltage and 50 kW high-power supply from the solar directional device outside to the Mengtian space lab module inside,two power supply transmission connection schemes are designed under the high-voltage and high-power background.Through comparative analysis and argumentation,the molded crimping scheme is optimized.After sufficient simulation analysis,environmental test verification,and integrated comprehensive experimental verification,this scheme has achieved success in the orbital operation of the final space station's Mengtian space lab module,ensuring highly reliable and efficient power transmission inside and outside the module and the smooth completion of model tasks.
