摘要

现有卫星低频电缆网主要基于经验和规范进行设计,无法有效保证系统运行的可靠性,致使电缆信号传输问题反复出现.为此,基于有限元分析建立了电缆信号传输的物理仿真模型,研究了卫星低频电缆传输特性.以仿真和试验相结合的方式研究了电缆导体规格、特征阻抗、屏蔽结构等对电缆传输性能的影响,在设计阶段即可有效预测和预防电缆信号传输问题.将有限元仿真分析和试验验证引入卫星低频电缆网设计,从理论上和实际上丰富了设计方法,形成有效的设计体系,提高设计水平,增加设计可靠性.

Abstract

The existing satellite low-frequency cable network is mainly designed based on experience and specifications,which cannot effectively ensure the reliability of system operation,resulting in repeated cable signal transmission problems.To this end,a physical simulation model for cable signal transmission is established based on finite element analysis,and the transmission characteristics of satellite low-frequency cables are studied.The influence of cable conductor specifications,characteristic impedance,shielding structure,etc.on cable transmission performance is studied through a combination of simulation and experiment.Effective prediction and prevention of cable signal transmission problems can be achieved during the design phase.Introducing finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification into the design of satellite low-frequency cable networks,it enriches the design methods both theoretically and practically,forms an effective design system,improves the design level,and increases design reliability.
