针对常规 EN 50382 系列轨道交通车辆用硅橡胶绝缘电缆因硅橡胶绝缘抗撕强度低限制了其布线位置及用量,展开 EN 50382 系列高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘电缆的研制.该系列电缆通过硅橡胶主链分子结构增强、配方体系补强以及与其他聚合物共混改性等方式实现了硅橡胶绝缘抗撕性能的提升,同时还提升了镀锡铜导体抗短路性能和电缆防断芯性能.经检测,该系列电缆不仅满足 EN 50382:2008+A1:2013 标准要求,同时高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘轴向和径向抗撕强度分别高达 13 N/mm和 48 N/mm,远高于产品设计要求.该系列电缆的成功研制扩展了相关产品在"双碳"战略下增量使用的新场景,助力开启轨道交通车辆节能新模式.
Design of High Tear Resistant Silicone Rubber Insulated Cable Complied with EN 50382 Standard
In view of the conventional EN 50382 series of silicone rubber insulated cables for railway rolling stock,the low tear strength of silicone rubber insulation limits its cabling location and consumption,the development of EN 50382 series of high tear resistant silicone rubber insulated cables is carried out.This series of cables has improved the tear resistance of silicone rubber insulation by strengthening the molecular structure of the main chain of silicone rubber,reinforcing the formula system,and blending with other polymers.At the same time,this series of cables has also improved the short-circuit resistance of tinned copper conductor and the core breaking resistance of the cable.According to the test,this series of cables not only meet the requirements of EN 50382:2008+A1:2013 standard,but also have high tear resistant silicone rubber insulation with axial and radial tear strength up to 13 N/mm and 48 N/mm respectively,which is far higher than the product design requirements.The successful development of this series of cables expands the new scenario of the incremental use of related products under the"double carbon"strategy,and helps launch the new mode of energy conservation of railway rolling stock.
