光纤预制棒全流程数字化工厂设计与实现

光纤预制棒及光纤产业智能制造是我国实现 400 Gb/s高速率光纤通信系统建设的基础.在产品先进性、装备自动化水平先进性、信息化水平先进性等基础上进行了光纤预制棒数字化工厂整体架构设计和实现.通过企业服务总线(ESB)接口平台将各业务系统进行集成,建成全业务流程信息化"三维一体"系统(即一维运营管理系统、二维执行管理系统、三维自动化系统成为一个整体);通过商业智能(BI)决策平台进行大数据分析,为运营提供决策支撑.该光纤预制棒数字化工厂的成功建设推动了互联网与整个光通信行业的融合与发展.
Design and Implementation of Full Process Digital Factory for Optical Fiber Preform
The intelligent manufacturing of optical fiber preform and optical fiber industry is the foundation for China's construction of 400 Gb/s high-speed optical fiber communication systems.On the basis of product progressiveness,equipment automation level progressiveness,and information level progressiveness,the overall architecture of optical fiber preform digital factory is designed and realized.Through the ESB interface platform integrating various business systems,the"three-dimensional integration"system(i.e.,integrating one-dimensional operation management system,two-dimensional execution management system,and three-dimensional automation system into a whole)for full business process informatization has been built.The big data analysis is conducted through a BI decision-making platform to provide decision-making support for operations.The successful construction of the optical fiber preform digital factory has promoted the integration and development of the Internet and the entire optical communication industry.
