摘要

轨道交通电缆用护套材料断裂伸长率εb 的准确测定有助于对其应用性能的评定,为此展开了热塑性高阻燃聚烯烃护套料εb 测试制样方法的研究与分析.通过对先塑炼后模压法、直接粒料模压法、挤塑法、先挤塑后模压法 4 种制样方法得到试样的εb 测试数据对比,发现按标准 GB/T 32129-2015 和JB/T 10707-2007 中模压法制得试样的εb 测试数据较为分散、测试结果偏低,而挤塑法制得试样的εb 测试数据更加集中和稳定可靠.同时,将上述εb 测试结果与按标准 GB/T 2951.11-2008 中高温处理试样的εb 测试数据对比,发现高温处理可改善热塑性高阻燃聚烯烃护套材料εb 测试数据分散性,但对不同制样方法制得试样的εb 测试数据平均值无明显的影响.

Abstract

The accurate determination of the elongation at breakεb of sheath materials for rail transit cables helps to evaluate their application performance.Therefore,research and analysis have been conducted on the sample preparation method for testingεb of thermoplastic high flame retardant polyolefin sheathing materials.Comparison of εb test data obtained by four sample preparation methods(first plastic refining followed by molding,direct granular molding,extrusion,and first extrusion followed by molding),it is found that theεb test data of the sample prepared by molding method according to the standards GB/T 32129-2015 and JB/T 10707-2007 are relatively scattered and theεb test results are relatively low,while theεb test data of the sample prepared by extrusion method are more centralized,stable,and reliable.At the same time,comparing the above test results with theεb test data of high-temperature treated samples according to the standard GB/T 2951.11-2008,it is found that high-temperature treatment can improve the dispersion ofεb test data for thermoplastic high flame retardant polyolefin sheathing materials,but has no significant impact on the εb test data average of samples prepared by different sample preparation methods.
