A Low-Power,Miniaturized Short-Wave Infrared Imaging Circuit Design
Short-wave infrared(SWIR),which combines the imaging advantages of visible light and thermal infrared(TIR),has achieved rapid development in recent years.Existing short-wave infrared cameras are mostly used in airborne or vehicle platforms, which can track and identify fast-moving targets, but there are problems such as larger size and weight, higher power consumption and cost, which limits the promotion of them in the civilian direction.Aiming at this problem,a low-power,low-cost,miniaturized short-wave infrared imaging component solution is proposed to reduce the frame rate to streamline the signal processing architecture. The domestic low-power Field-Programmable Gate Array chip is selected. The power supply efficiency is improved.Under the premise of guaranteeing the signal-to-noise ratio, the single-board area is reduced to 38 mmx38 mm,the power consumption is 2.8 W under normal working condition, which significantly optimizes the size and power consumption of the short-wave infrared camera, reduces the loading requirements, and plays a certain role in promoting the civil direction.
