摘要
铁代谢是指铁在人体内的代谢过程处于吸收、转运、利用、丢失、循环、调节及存储等环节的动态平衡.机体铁代谢在机体维持正常生理活动中具有重要意义.当铁代谢失衡时可出现铁缺乏及铁过载.有证据表明,血栓形成与铁代谢失衡导致的铁缺乏和铁过载具有相关性,但其在静脉血栓形成中的作用机制尚未被阐明.本文综述了铁代谢吸收、代谢及调控的相关机制,总结了铁缺乏、铁过载等不同铁稳态失衡条件下对血栓形成的影响,主要探讨其在血栓形成过程中的作用机制,以铁代谢作为切入点,为临床防治血栓提供新思路.
Abstract
Iron metabolism refers to the dynamic balance of iron metabolism in the body in the aspects of ab-sorption,transport,utilization,loss,circulation,regulation and storage.Iron metabolism plays an important role in maintaining normal physiological activities.Iron deficiency and iron overload may occur when iron metabo-lism is unbalanced.There is evidence that thrombosis is associated with iron deficiency and iron overload result-ing from an imbalance in iron metabolism,but its mechanism of action in venous thrombosis has not been eluci-dated.This paper describes the relevant mechanisms of iron metabolism absorption,metabolism and regulation,summarizes the effects of iron deficiency,iron overload and other iron homeostasis imbalances on thrombosis,and focuses on its mechanism of action in the process of thrombosis,hoping to provide new ideas for clinical pre-vention and treatment of thrombosis by taking iron metabolism as an entry point.
