摘要
口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)是最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一,已经逐渐成为全球性的公共卫生问题,预防及早期诊断是减轻其负担的主要目标.定量蛋白质组学技术可用于定量细胞、组织或生物体的总体蛋白质含量,近年来被用于探索OSCC特异性的生物学标志物,研究其发病机制,寻找特异性治疗靶点等,为OSCC的早期诊断及治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is one of the most common head and neck malignancies and has become a global public health problem.Prevention and early diagnosis are the main goals to reduce its bur-den.Quantitative proteomics technology can be used to quantify the total protein content of cells,tissues or organ-isms.In recent years,it has been used to explore specific biological markers of OSCC,study its pathogenesis,and find specific therapeutic targets,providing new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of OSCC.
