Design of grating interrogation system for aircraft load monitoring
According to the application requirements of fiber Bragg grating strain sensors in complex wide temperature range environment,the fiber Bragg grating demodulation system was optimized and integrated with the thermoelectric cooling(TEC)temperature controller and logarithmic amplifier.The system consists of the tunable light source control system,photoelectric conversion system,TEC control system,etc.The standard deviation of the demodulation wavelength by the F-P etalon is 2.7 pm.The accuracy and environmental adaptability of the system are verified by temperature cycle experiment.At constant temperature,the minimum standard deviation of demodulation wavelength is 0.16 pm.In the static loading test of landing gear,the experimental results show that there is a linear relationship between center wavelength and load application,and R2 is greater than 0.998 3.It is proved that the system has high precision and good adaptability to wide temperature range,and can meet the requirements of aircraft landing gear load monitoring.
