摘要
出生缺陷是指胚胎或胎儿在发育过程中所发生的结构、功能或代谢等方面的异常.出生缺陷种类繁多,涵盖多个系统,其发生和发展机制复杂,表现形式多样.出生缺陷不仅直接降低人群健康水平,还可因治疗、残疾或死亡造成沉重的疾病负担.本文重点针对广西壮族自治区出生缺陷预防控制现状进行分析与总结,并提出相关发展策略,旨在为提升广西壮族自治区出生缺陷防治服务能力,促进出生缺陷防治工作高质量发展,预防和控制严重出生缺陷发生提供参考.
Abstract
Birth defects refer to structural,functional or metabolic abnormalities that occur during the development of embryo or fetus.There are many kinds of birth defects,covering multiple systems,and their mechanisms of occurrence and development are complex,as well as their manifestations are diverse.Birth defects not only directly decrease health level of the population,but also can contribute to a heavy burden of disease due to treatment,disability or death.This paper focuses on analysis and summary of current status of birth defects prevention and control in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and puts forward relevant development strategies,aiming at providing references for improving service capacity of birth defects prevention and control in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,promoting high-quality development of birth defects prevention and control,and preventing and controlling the occurrence of serious birth defects.
