Therapeutic progress on liver transplantation for alcoholic liver disease
Liver transplantation is an important therapeutic approach for alcoholic liver disease(ALD)-related end-stage liver disease.Combined with clinical practice and relevant literature,in this paper,perspectives such as indications for liver transplantation,liver allocation strategy,operation opportunities,donor liver selection,operation characteristics,postoperative health management,and prognosis are reviewed,aiming at providing reference for preferably performing ALD liver transplantation in clinics,thereby prolonging recipients'survival and ameliorating recipients'quality of life.
