摘要
ICU患者是发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的高危人群,早期识别VTE发生风险至关重要.但目前专门用于ICU患者的VTE风险评估模型非常有限.本文主要针对可应用于ICU患者的VTE风险评估模型进行综述,旨在为临床选择适合的风险评估模型及构建适合我国ICU患者的VTE风险评估模型提供参考.
Abstract
ICU patients are the high-risk population who are suffered from venous thromboembolism(VTE);therefore,early recognizing the occurrence risk of VTE is of great importance.However,there are very limited VTE risk evaluation model specifically for ICU patients to date.In this paper,the VTE risk evaluation model which can be applied to ICU patients was targetedly reviewed,aiming at providing references for selecting rational risk evaluation model in clinics and establishing the VTE risk evaluation model which is suitable for ICU patients in China.
