摘要

过度网络使用与自我伤害行为之间关系密切,且均会对青少年身心健康产生持续危害.然而,它们之间的影响机制较为复杂,已成为近些年的研究热点.本文通过直接或间接的方式系统总结过度网络使用对青少年自我伤害行为的影响机制,其中涉及基因多态性、脑结构与脑功能、冲动控制、睡眠质量、焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、心理弹性、社会支持等多个方面,旨在为预防青少年自我伤害行为提供理论基础.

Abstract

Excessive internet use is closely related to self-injurious behavior,and both can be consistently harmful to adolescents'physical and mental health.However,influencing mechanism between the two as above is relatively complex,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.This paper systematically summarizes influencing mechanism of excessive internet use on adolescents'self-injurious behavior by means of direct or indirect method,therein involving gene polymorphism,brain structure and function,impulse control,sleep quality,anxiety,depression,psychological resilience,social support,etc.,aiming at providing theoretical basis for preventing adolescents'self-injurious behavior.
