Differentiation on the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children with yang deficiency physique based on"physique-disease association"theory
"Physique-disease association"theory opens up a new perspective for the study of pathogenesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine,emphasizing that there is a close association between different physique types and the occurrence of certain specific diseases.Based on the"four theories"of pathogenesis of"physique-disease association"theory,namely,susceptibility theory,constitutionally influenced transformation theory,soil theory,and fetal origin theory,this paper interprets the intrinsic connection between yang deficiency physique and pediatric nephrotic syndrome.The treatment should be based on the principle of"treating disease from the root,based on the physique",with the"four theories"of pathogenesis as the theoretical guidance,to employ the therapeutic rules of dispelling wind and ventilating lung,invigorating spleen and kidney,ameliorating physique,and tonifying the mother-body,etc.,so as to providing novel idea for treating yang deficiency physique children with nephrotic syndrome.
