The Construction and Practice of the Post Competency Model of Clinical Medicine Teachers Based on Seven Core Dimensions
The purpose of this study is to construct and evaluate the competency model of clinical medicine teachers,which aims to cultivate the eight core competencies of medical students.By systematically sorting out the current situation and development trend of clinical medical education,the key role of teachers in the training of medical students is revealed.Based on seven dimensions,including subject knowledge updating,teaching skills,curriculum design and evaluation,student-oriented teaching methods,practical teaching,teamwork and communication,and professional ethics education,a model for the competency of clinical medicine teachers was proposed.The teaching mode using this model can significantly improve students'comprehensive literacy,including clinical skills,communication skills,teamwork and other aspects.The limitations and future development directions of the model are also discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for improving and expanding the teacher competency model.
