Investigation on the Current Situation of Humanistic Quality Education for International Medical Students——Taking Qiqihar Medical University as an Example
Qiqihar Medical University put forward the"three-orientation"talent cultivation mode based on the whole person education concept in 2010 to guide the talent cultivation of undergraduates and overseas students,which has achieved remarkable results.The social adaptation of graduates has been significantly improved and the social response is good.This article is based on"three orientation"Qiqihar Medical University personnel training mode at the early stage of the international students in the application of foundation,building the appraisal model of medical students humanities quality,analyzing the present situation of our international medical students humanities quality education.The survey found that students in professional attitudes,values and communication skills had an advantage,but need to strengthen students'legal consciousness,team spirit and ethical consciousness in clinical practice and various activities.
