Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Innovative Talents for Reproductive Medicine in Undergraduates
With the rapid development of reproductive medicine, the demand for professionals is increasingly urgent.Exploring and practicing effective ways to cultivate innovative talents for reproductive medicine is very important.Given the problems in the current situation, such as the disconnection between theory and practice and the lag of teaching content, this paper puts forward a teaching model centered on an"organ system"in undergraduates, integrates multidisciplinary resources and constructs a three-dimensional curriculum system.By strengthening the integration of basic medicine and clinical medicine, students'clinical thinking and practical ability are improved. The interest in learning and the potential of scientific research are also increased through different teaching methods such as scientific training, international exchanges and virtual simulation experiments. The practice shows that this training pattern significantly enhances students'professional knowledge and practical skills, and cultivates more outstanding innovative talents for reproductive medicine.
