基于司法精神病学案例分析的CBL教学法在精神病学理论课程的应用

摘要
目的 探讨精神病学理论课程的课堂参与度的提升方法.方法 通过287名医学生线上自评,探讨基于司法精神病学案例分析的CBL教学法对精神病学理论课程学习参与度的影响.结果 在283名有效参与调研的大学生中,86.22%的学生(244人)认为老师运用了司法精神病案例分析后,能够在一定程度上提升他们对"精神病学理论"课程的参与度.结论 该教学法在一定程度上有助于提升学生的课堂参与度,值得在今后的精神病学教学活动中进一步验证.
Abstract
Objective To enhance the classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry.Methods This study examines the impact of CBL based on forensic psychiatry case analysis by studying the classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry through online self-evaluation of 287 medical students.Results 86.22%(244 students)of the respondents(283 students)agree that CBL based on forensic psychiatry case analysis can improve their classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry.Conclusion The pedagogy can be helpful to enhance students'classroom engagement,which deserves further validation in future psychiatry teaching activities.
