The Application of Case-based Learning with Forensic Psychiatry Cases in the Course of Psychiatry
Objective To enhance the classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry.Methods This study examines the impact of CBL based on forensic psychiatry case analysis by studying the classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry through online self-evaluation of 287 medical students.Results 86.22%(244 students)of the respondents(283 students)agree that CBL based on forensic psychiatry case analysis can improve their classroom engagement in the course of Psychiatry.Conclusion The pedagogy can be helpful to enhance students'classroom engagement,which deserves further validation in future psychiatry teaching activities.
