实验教学是教育中一个不可或缺的环节,其不仅仅验证学生的书本知识,更是培养学生动手能力、思维方式和创造能力的重要环节.实验课堂是培养学生动手能力、创新精神和实施素质教育的重要课堂.故建设教学专用实验室满足实验训练要求是评价实验室建设水平的重要内容.吉林大学第一医院实验诊断学教研室通过搭建本科生课间实习、研究生科研实验、毕业生毕业实训和"临床模拟实验室"融通的实践教学平台,将"临床模拟实验室"优势转化为教学优势,旨在提高实验教学效果,从而解决高校人才培养与社会需求脱节问题.
Abstract
Experimental teaching is an indispensable part of education,which not only verifies students'textbook knowledge,but also plays an important role in cultivating students'manual dexterity,logic,and inventiveness.The experimental classroom is an important classroom for cultivating students'hands-on ability,innovative spirit,and implementing quality education.Therefore,meeting the requirements of experimental training in specialized teaching laboratories is an important aspect of evaluating the level of laboratory construction.The experimental diagnosis teaching and research department of the First Hospital of Jilin University has transformed the advantages of the"clinical simulation laboratory"into teaching advantages by building a practical teaching platform that integrates undergraduate internships,graduate research experiments,graduate graduation training,and the"clinical simulation laboratory",aiming to improve the effectiveness of experimental teaching and solve the problem of disconnection between talent cultivation in universities and social needs.
