护理学专业硕士研究生高级健康评估课程思政教学实践探索

目的 探讨融合课程思政的高级健康评估教学方案实践效果.方法 选取重庆医科大学2020级、2021级护理学专业硕士研究生为研究对象,选取临床真实案例,将思政元素融入案例,并以视频的形式展现在临床教学中,构建并实施基于课程思政的高级健康评估教学方案.调查学生对课程思政的满意度及职业认同感.结果 学生对于开展融合课程思政的高级健康评估课程内容、教学方法、考核方式满意度均有提升,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);开展课程思政教学组的护生职业认同感明显高于未开展组(P<0.05).结论 融合课程思政的高级健康评估教学方案从临床视角选取思政素材,教学内容与思政元素深度融合,有助于培养具有高度职业自豪感与勇于钻研、乐于奉献的护理人才.
Exploration of Ideological and Political Education Practice in the Advanced Health Assessment Course for Master's Students Majoring in Nursing
Objective To explore the practical effect of advanced health assessment teaching program under curriculum Civics.Methods Master's degree students of Chongqing Medical University in the classes of 2020 and 2021 in nursing were selected as the research subjects,and real clinical cases were selected to integrate the Civic Politics elements into the cases and show them in clinical teaching in the form of videos to construct and implement the teaching program of advanced health assessment based on Curriculum Civic Politics.The effectiveness of the teaching was clarified by investigating students'satisfaction with the course Civic Policy and their sense of professional identity.Results Students'satisfaction with the content,teaching methods,and assessment methods of the advanced health assessment course under the curriculum-thinking politics was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the professional identity of nursing students who conducted the curriculum-thinking politics was significantly higher than that of the group who did not conduct it(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching program of advanced health assessment that integrates the ideology and politics of the curriculum selects the ideology and politics materials from the clinical perspective,subconsciously achieves the value-led effect,deeply integrates the teaching content with the ideology and politics elements,and helps to cultivate nursing talents with a high sense of occupational pride and the courage to study and dedication.
