Exploration and Reflection on the Practice of Outcomes Based Education Oriented Political and Virtuous Awareness Education in Surgery Teaching

目的 探讨在外科学本科教学中以成果为导向的智慧教学模式下课程思政的教学效果.方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月吉林大学第一医院进入外科学教研室的见习本科生42名,随机分为2组:传统教学组(traditional teaching model,TTM)21人、智慧教学模式(smart teaching model,STM)下以成果为导向(objective based education,OBE)(STM+OBE)教学组 21人,分别采用传统教学法和基于《吉林大学第一医院课程思政典型案例库(外科版)》的教学法.以自制临床实践考核表及学生调查问卷为评估手段评价课程思政教学效果.结果 STM+OBE组的考核成绩及课程思政教学满意度均高于传统教学组.结论 基于案例库的以成果为导向的智慧教学模式可以提高外科学课程思政的教学质量.
Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of political and virtuous awareness education in undergraduate surgery courses under the outcome based education oriented smart teaching model.Methods 42 undergraduate interns who entered the Department of Surgery at Norman Bethune First Hospital,Jilin University from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,including a Traditional Teaching Model(TTM)group of 21 students and a Smart Teaching Model(STM)based on Outcome Based Education(OBE)(STM+OBE)teaching group of 21 students.Traditionally teaching methods and Modified teaching methods based on"Political Typical Case Library of the First Hospital of Jilin University(Surgical Edition)"were adopted respectively.The effectiveness of political and virtuous awareness education courses were evaluated by self-made clinical practice assessment forms and student survey questionnaires as evaluation methods.Results The assessment scores and student satisfaction with teaching in the STM+OBE group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Outcome Based Education oriented smart teaching model based on Case Library can improve the teaching quality of political and virtuous awareness education in undergraduate surgery teaching.
