来华留学生医学本科人才培养体系提质改革路径研究

摘要
打造人类卫生健康共同体的新倡议和健康中国战略的实施需要足量的优秀国际医学人才.来华留学生临床医学本科人才培养体系提质改革应基于中国医学人才培养要求,对接国际标准,满足区域需求,各培养学校应根据各自的优势和特色,合理制定来华留学生医学本科人才培养目标.本文采用"融合创新-项目推进-实践完善"的路径方法改革创新本校来华留学生医学本科人才培养体系.
Abstract
The new initiative of building a human health community in the new era and the implementation of the Healthy China strategy require a sufficient number of outstanding international medical talents.In the new era,the reform of the training system of clinical medicine undergraduate talents for international students in China should be based on the training requirements of Chinese medical talents,aligning with international standards and regional needs.At the same time,each training school should reasonably position its own clinical medicine undergraduate talents training for international students in China according to its own advantages and characteristics.Adopting the path of"integration innovation-project promotion-practice improvement"to reform and innovate the training system of clinical medicine undergraduate students in China.Based on demand,to integrate and innovate of talent training standards and curriculum system;Ability oriented,to integrate and improve of clinical practice teaching system;Integrating management and education to comprehensively establish an education quality monitoring system;Culture integration,to innovate management and education system;continuous strengthening of teacher training with project promotion.
