Innovation and Development in Standardized Residency Training of Neurology Based on the Assessment Indicators for Standardized Residency Training(2023 Edition):Neurology Specialty Base
The standardized training of resident doctors is an important way and way for medical students to continue their medical education.The standardized training of neurology specialty is an important part of the practical training of residents,which plays a positive role in promoting the level of diagnosis and treatment and medical quality of our medical personnel,and has important practical significance for cultivating responsible and high-quality medical talents.Since the establishment of the standardized training system for resident doctors in China,each training base has been improving its teaching methods,aiming at guiding students to grow into qualified clinicians.Based on the actual training situation,this paper shares the accumulated experience of the base in the construction of the resident training base in the Department of Neurology from the aspects of hierarchical training,teacher construction,process management and humanistic management,according to the Assessment Indicators for Standardized Residency Training(2023 Edition):Neurology Specialty Base.This paper probes into some common problems and teaching methods of standardized training for resident physicians in neurology specialty.The aim is to improve the training quality of medical professionals.
