摘要
学生标准化病人与翻转课堂在中医内科学临床教学中是一种新的尝试,本文阐述了笔者在中医内科学临床教学中的实施流程,包括设计教学病例、标准化病人培训、标准化病人模拟实施和翻转课堂的组织实施等步骤,同时给出了该教学模式的初步评价,也提出了一些存在的问题和解决思路,旨在将该临床教学模式在中医内科学中应用的实践经验供给同行参考,以提升中医内科学的教学质量.
Abstract
The use of standardized patients and flipped classroom in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine is a new attempt.This paper elaborates on the implementation process in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,including the design of teaching cases,training of standardized patients,implementation of standardized patient simulations,and organization of flipped classroom activities.It also provides a preliminary evaluation of this teaching model,discusses some of the existing problems,and proposes solutions.The aim is to provide practical experience of this clinical teaching model in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine for reference among peers,in order to enhance the teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.
