In order to understand the research progress of kumquat in China,this article uses bibliometric methods to explore the academic research of kumquat.This article conducted statistical analysis and evaluation of authors,institutions,and key words using CiteSpace software.In general,the number of papers published in the field of kumquat showed an increasing trend.From the author's collinear map,the kumquat research team of Guangxi Academy of Specialty Crops has the largest scale and the largest number of articles.From the perspective of research fields,research on kumquat mainly focuses on variety breeding,cultivation techniques,quality optimization and so on.This article summarizes the research hotspots of kumquat in the past 20 years,which will provide reference for research directions in the field of kumquat.
