Indoor Toxicity Test of Four Pesticides on Citrus Leafminer in Guilin
Citrus leafminer,as one of the main pests of citrus,has been concerned about its harm degree and control difficulty.In this study,the indoor toxicity test and field efficacy trials of citrus leafminer population in Guilin area were conducted using leaf-dipping method.The results of indoor toxicity test showed that the LC50 values were ranked as follows:chloramidine>abamectin>cypermethrin>cyhalothrin.The results of field efficacy trials showed that:At 1d,10d and 20d after treatment,the control effect ranking was:20%acetamidine WP 10000 times liquid>25 g/L cyhalothrin EC 3000 times liquid>1.8%abamectin EC 4000 times liquid;3 days after treatment,the control effect ranking was:25 g/L cyhalothrin EC 3000 times solution>1.8%abamectin EC 4000 times solution>20%acetamidine WP 10000 times solution;15d after treatment,the control effect ranking was:20%acetamidine WP 10000 times solution>1.8%abamectin EC 4000 times solution>25 g/L cyhalothrin EC 3000 times solution.The trials aimed to master the selection of appropriate pesticides for the prevention and control of citrus leafminer so as to provide scientific basis and practical technology for the healthy development of citrus industry.
