Construction of synthetical evaluation index system of cardiovascular health in Fujian Province
Objective To establish a synthetical evaluation index system of cardiovascular health status in Fujian Province,providing a basis for formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures for cardiovascular disea-ses tailored to local conditions and improving the cardiovascular health level of the population.Methods Based on the Chinese Cardiovascular Health Index and literature research,a preliminary framework of synthetical evaluation index system of cardiovascular health status was established.From December 2021 to April 2022,forty experts were selected,and the Delphi method was used to complete two rounds of expert consultation.If the median score ≥8 and interquartile rage ≤2,the index was accepted.Analytical hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate the fi-nal weight of each dimension and each index.Based on the Death Information Registration Management System of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the monitoring data of chronic diseases and risk factors in Fujian Province,the scores of three dimensions(i.e.,prevalence status of cardiovascular disease,exposure of risk factors,and prevention and control of risk factors)in different cities in Fujian Province were calculated and com-pared.Results The synthetical evaluation index system of cardiovascular health in Fujian Province was composed of 5 dimensions:prevalence status of cardiovascular disease,exposure of risk factors,prevention and control of risk factors,treatment situation,public health policy and service capacity,including 15 second-level indicators and 49 third-level indicators.The weights of 5 dimensions from high to low were successively prevention and control of risk fac-tors 0.294 5,treatment situation 0.207 2,public health policy and service capacity 0.180 2,prevalence status of car-diovascular disease 0.164 6,exposure of risk factors 0.153 5.The total score of prevalence status of cardiovascular disease,exposure of risk factors and prevention and control of risk factors was highest in Xiamen(39.37),while lowest in Zhangzhou(19.53).Conclusion This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for cardiovascular health in Fujian Province,which can provide a scientific basis for comprehensively evaluating the cardiovascular health of the population in Fujian Province and developing tailored cardiovascular disease prevention and control strategies.
