[目的]观察脾胃培源方联合叶酸片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者的临床疗效。[方法]将慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者86例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组予叶酸片口服治疗，观察组予脾胃培源方和叶酸片联合治疗，两组疗程均18周。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后的中医证候积分、胃镜病理积分以及不良反应发生率。[结果]观察组脱落1例，对照组脱落2例，总计83例完成临床观察。观察组总有效率为88。10%，对照组总有效率为75。61%，观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、胃镜病理积分均较前降低，且观察组显著低于对照组(均P<0。05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。[结论]脾胃培源方与叶酸片联合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效，可有效缓解患者的临床症状，同时能显著改善患者胃黏膜萎缩状况，且安全性良好。
Clinical Study on Piwei Peiyuan Decoction Combined with Folic Acid Tablets in the Treat-ment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen-stomach Deficiency
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Piwei Peiyuan decoction combined with folic acid tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen-stomach deficioncy.[Methods]A total of 86 pa-tients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of folic acid tablets,and the observation group was treated with Piwei Peiyuan decoction combined with folic acid tablets.The two groups were treated for 18 weeks.The clinical efficacy of both groups was observed and compared,and the TCM syn-drome scores,gastroscopy pathological scores and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]A total of 83 cases completed the clinical observation while one case in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group fell off.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.61%.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and gastroscopy pa-thology in the two groups were lower than before,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Piwei Peiyuan decoction combined with folic acid tablets has a good clin-ical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and can significantly improve the gastric mucosal atrophy of patients.It has good safety.
