Clinical Observation of Fangzhan Yangmo Decoction Combined with Artificial Cycle Therapy in the Intervention of Thin Endometrium after Intrauterine Adhesion
[Objective]To observe the effect of Fangzhan Yangmo decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy on thin endometrium after intrauterine adhesions.[Methods]A total of 60 patients with thin endometrium after intra-uterine adhesions who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial cycle treatment,and the observation group was treated with Fangzhan Yangmo decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology type,menstrual volume and intrauterine adhesion score of the two groups were com-pared.[Results]After treament,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and the score in the observa-tion group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial type was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of menstrual volume improvement was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the in-trauterine adhesion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Fangzhan Yangmo decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy can alleviate the TCM syndromes of patients with thin endometrium after intra-uterine adhesions,improve their endometrial thickness and morphological type,increase menstrual volume,and prevent intrauterine re-adhesion.
