Clinical Observation of Micro Needle Knife Combined with Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Tinnitus
[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of micro needle knife combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cervical tinnitus.[Methods]Sixty patients with cervical tinnitus were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional warm acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with micro needle knife on the basis of the control group.Tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score,Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the THI score,NPQ score,and vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity in two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Micro needle knife combined with warm acupuncture in the treat-ment of cervical tinnitus can effectively relieve the neck discomfort,improve the degree of tinnitus and improve the quality of life of patients.
