[目的]优选透骨酊的提取工艺.[方法]以透骨酊中的姜黄素含量及制剂总固体量的综合评分为评价指标,以乙醇体积分数、浸泡时间、渗漉流速为影响因素进行单因素试验.在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken响应面法设计试验,优选透骨酊的提取工艺,并对优选出的提取工艺进行验证.[结果]透骨酊的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为60%,浸泡时间为36 h,渗漉流速为2 ml/min.[结论]采用Box-Behnken响应面法建立的模型相对准确,优选的透骨酊提取工艺稳定可靠,可为透骨酊的质量控制提供参考.
Optimization of Extraction Process of Tougu Tincture by Box-Behnken Response Surface Method
[Objective]This study aims at optimizing the extraction process of Tougu tincture.[Methods]Taking the curcumin content and the comprehensive score of total solids of the preparation as the evaluation indicators,single factor experiment was conducted with ethanol volume fraction,soaking time,percolation flow rate as with affecting fac-tors.On the basis of the single factor experiment,experiments designed according to Box-Behnken response surface method were conducted to optimize the extraction process of Tougu tincture and then verify it.[Results]The optimal ex-traction process was with these following conditions:60%as the ethanol volume fraction,36 h as soaking time,2 ml/min as percolation flow rate.[Conclusion]The model established by Box-Behnken response surface method is relatively ac-curate.The optimal extraction process of Tougu tincture is stable and realiable,which provides a reference for the quali-ty control of Tougu tincture.
