Clinical study on Qinxuan Jiangya decoction combined with Allisartan Isoproxil tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension with hyperlipidemia
Objective:To observe the effect of Qingxuan Jiangya decoction combined with Allisartan Isoproxil tab-lets on blood pressure,lipid metabolism and thrombosis related factors in patients with essential hypertension and hy-perlipidemia.Methods:A total of 96 patients with essential hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia were divid-ed into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Rosuvastatin tablets and Allisartan Isoproxil tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Qingxuan Jiangya decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The changes of blood pressure(daytime mean blood pressure,nighttime mean blood pressure,24 h mean blood pressure),lipid metabolism relates indicators[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],thrombus related factors[vascular cell adhesion molecule(VCAM-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),cyclooxygenase-1(COX-1),tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)]were ob-served before and after treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and TCM syndrome efficacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average blood pressure and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C and tPA in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of COX-1 in the control group was not significantly changed compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),while the level of COX-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingxuan Jiangya decoction combined with Allisartan Isoproxil tablets is effective in the treatment of primary hyperten-sion with hyperlipidemia.It can effectively regulate blood pressure and lipid metabolism,thereby reducing the risk of thrombosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
