Regulation of auricular point pressing therapy with beans on left atrial autonomic nerve based on intracardiac electrophysiology
Objective:To observe the regulation effect of auricular point pressing on autonomic nerve tension of left atrial ganglion by intracardiac electrophysiological examination. Methods:Eighty patients with arrhythmia who needed atrial septal puncture were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group. The treat-ment group was treated with auricular point pressing with beans, while the control group was not treated with any treat-ment.The method of intracardiac electrophysiological examination was used to detect the atrioventricular node Wen's point(A-V node WP),sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRT),atrial-His bundle interval(AH),sinus rhythm circumfer-ence(SCL)and the positive rate of vagal reaction before and after treatment in the two groups. The effect of auricular point pressing with beans on the corresponding indexes was observed. Results:After treatment, the sinus node recovery function and atrioventricular node conduction ability of the treatment group were enhanced, and the A-V node WP,SNRT,AH and SCL were significantly shorter than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment, the comparison of A-V node WP,SNRT,AH and SCL between the two groups showed that the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of vagal reaction in the treatment group(55.0%)was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group(94.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing with beans can inhibit the tension of atrial vagus nerve, which can be used to treat or assist in the treatment of various ar-rhythmias and related diseases caused by elevated vagal tension.
