Treating hepatitis B liver cirrhosis nodules with tonifying-qi-and-activate-blood-to-disperse-nodules method
The morbidity of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis nodules is on the rise worldwide,which makes it serious threat to human health.It not only brings great suffering to patients,but also increases the economic burden of families and society,posing severe challenges to the public health system.Traditional Chinese medicine,with its unique theoret-ical system and treatment methods,provides new ideas for the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis nodules.This pa-per deeply explores the etiology and pathogenesis of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis nodules in TCM,and proposes the con-cept of"taking spleen and stomach as the basis,treating liver and spleen together,and regulating qi and blood"to treat hepatitis B liver cirrhosis nodules.Based on this guiding principle,a TCM prescription for treating hepatitis B liver cir-rhosis nodules with tonifying-qi-and-activate-blood-to-disperse-nodules method(involving tonifying qi and strength-ening the spleen,activating blood and removing stasis,and soothing liver and dispersing nodules)is summarized as Ba-zhen Lihe Sanjie formula,which has satisfactory clinical effects and provides good reference to future clinical practice.
