Optimization of combustible gas detector coverage in LNG filling station based on FLACS
In order to ensure the safe operation of LNG filling stations,it is necessary to find out the possible risks,scientifically arrange combustible gas detectors,and timely discover the possible leakage points.In order to study the safety risks faced by LNG filling stations,taking an LNG filling station as the research object,the paper simulates its leakage scene based on CFD(computational fluid dynamics)simulation tool,and calculates the coverage rate of exis-ting combustible gas detectors,in addition,puts forward suggestions to optimize the detector coverage rate.It increases the detector coverage level to 93%,which provides technical support for leak early warning.
