住宅新风系统中分支箱风量分配优化研究

基于Fluent软件,建立地送风新风分支箱模型,采用数值模拟的方法分析不同的外接支管数量N、外接支管间距L、进风管半径r等因素对新风分支箱各支路风量、风量分配系数K、风量分配一致性系数β以及箱体内部流场的影响,然后运用正交试验法分析多因素组合时对风量分配一致性的影响效果.结果表明,相较于支管间距及进风管半径,外接支管数量对新风分支箱风量分配一致性的影响更为显著,支管数量越大导致风量分配一致性越差,但在多因素的相互影响下,合适的组合会提高新风分支箱的风量分配一致性,当分支箱的参数N=6、L=50mm、r=100 mm时,组合的风量分配一致性最优,研究成果为新风分支箱的合理设计提供了有力的技术支持.
Research on optimization of air distribution in branch boxes in residential fresh air systems
Based on Fluent software,the model of ground supply fresh air branch box is established.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of different external branch pipe number N,external branch pipe spacing L,inlet pipe radius r and other factors on the air volume of each branch of the fresh air branch box,air volume distribution coefficient K,air volume distribution consistency coefficient β and the internal flow field of the box.Then the orthogonal test method is used to analyze the effect of multi-factor combination on the consistency of air volume distribution.The results show that the influence of the number of external branch pipes on the air volume distribution consistency of the fresh air branch box is more significant than that of the branch pipe spacing and the inlet pipe radius.The increase of the number of branch pipes will lead to the worse air volume distribution consistency,but under the mutual influence of multiple factors,the appropriate combination will improve the air volume distribution consistency of the fresh air branch box,and it is the best under the condition of N=6,L=50 mm,r=100 mm.The research results provide strong technical support for the rational design of the fresh air branch box.
