摘要

随着氢能技术的广泛应用和快速发展,安全性成为氢燃料电池乘用车推广应用的关键点.从车辆辨识、重点部件、解救人员、禁用车辆出发,研判了阵地设置和评估安全风险,并提出可操作的处置战法和策略,以期达到科学、高效、安全、专业处置此类事故及有效避免救援人员出现伤亡的目的.

Abstract

With the extensive application and rapid development of hydrogen energy technology,safety has become the key point for the promotion and application of hydrogen fuel cell passenger vehicles.From the perspectives of ve-hicle identification,key components,rescue personnel and disabled vehicles,this paper studies and judges the position setting,and assesses the security risks,in addition,puts forward the practical disposal tactics and strategies,to achieve scientific,efficient,safe and professional disposal of accidents and effectively avoid the casualties of rescue personnel.
