基于DEMATEL-ISM的农机事故致因因素评价

为更深入了解农业机械事故致因因素,从定性与定量的角度对农机事故致因因素进行分析,探讨了事故致因之间的逻辑关系和演化路径.首先,在2017-2022年事故分析研究以及文献调研的基础上,采用专家打分法,从人员、机械、安全管理、应急管理与环境5方面确立了 20个农机事故致因因素;然后,运用实验室决策分析法(DEMATEL)构建矩阵,定量分析了各致因之间相互影响关系,并结合解释结构模型(ISM),通过对致因因素进行多级递阶层次结构划分,构建了 5层3阶解释结构模型,探求了导致事故发生的原因因素、结果因素、根本因素并提出相应的对策措施,研究结果可为预防农机事故的发生提供理论参考.
Evaluation of causal factors for agricultural machinery accidents based on DEMATEL-ISM
In order to delve into the origins of agricultural machinery accidents,the paper analyzed causal factors of agricultural machinery accidents from qualitative and quantitative aspects,and investigates the rational connections and evolutionary trajectories among these factors.Initially,based on the analysis of accidents and literature from 2017 to 2022,20 causal factors of agricultural machinery accidents were established from five aspects of personnel,machin-ery,safety,emergency,and environment,by using expert scoring method.Subsequently,DEMATEL,a laboratory de-cision analysis technique,was employed to develop a matrix for quantitatively examining the connections among dif-ferent causes.And interpretative structural model(ISM),a layered hierarchical framework was developed for these causes,and a five-tiered three-tier explanatory structure model was developed to investigate the causative,outcome,and key factors leading to accidents,proposing appropriate countermeasures.The findings of this study offer a theore-tical framework for averting accidents involving agricultural machinery.
