Characterization of open-pit mine safety production network structure based on SNA and SI-SB system security model
In order to reveal the structural characteristics and laws of safety information transfer network in actual saf-ety production process of open-pit mines, from the perspective of safety informatics,we used the safety information-safety behavior(SI-SB)system safety model to analyze the flow of information and the phenomenon of information loss in the process of mining. Then we used the social network analysis(SNA)method, combining with the opera-tional process of open-pit mining,to construct the information transfer network model of the safety production of open-pit mines, and systematically analyzed its network structure characteristics from four dimensions:network density, centrality analysis, cohesive subgroup analysis, and core-edge structure analysis. The results show that the safety in-formation flow is divided into four modes of human-human,human-machine,human-environment and machine-envi-ronment,and the mechanism and main reasons for the lack of safety information transmission in the mining process are revealed from six aspects and seven factors. The overall density of the network is low, which is only 29.66%,in-dicating that the information transmission efficiency among the personnel is relatively low.The asymmetric distribu-tion of safety information is presented in the form of core members such as the head of equipment section, mining and transportation section as the main members, supplemented by equipment inspection and maintenance personnels,saf-ety personnels and other support members. The results of the study can provide references for open-pit mining enter-prises to strengthen safety production management from the perspective of safety information.
