飞行学员认知能力与飞行训练水平的相关性研究

为探究飞行学员认知能力与其飞行训练水平之间的相关性,基于信息加工模型选取认知冲突解决能力、工作记忆能力、快速切换能力、反应抑制能力、注意分配能力、注意集中能力6个指标,通过飞行员测评系统对70名飞行学员进行测试,并利用Apriori算法模型探究这些认知能力与飞行训练水平的关联程度.结果表明,认知冲突解决能力、短时记忆能力、注意分配能力、注意集中能力与飞行学员飞行训练成绩显著相关;对飞行训练水平影响最大的认知能力依次是注意分配能力、注意集中能力、认知冲突解决能力、工作记忆能力.研究结果可为飞行学员选拔、飞行训练中认知能力的培养提供科学建议,有助于降低飞行学员的停飞率,提高飞行训练的安全性.
Study on correlation between cognitive ability and flight training level of flight trainees
In order to investigate the correlation between the cognitive abilities of flight trainees and their flight tra-ining level,based on cognitive psychology,six indicators,namely cognitive conflict resolution ability,working mem-ory ability,response inhibition ability,fast switching ability,attention allocation ability,and attention focusing ability,were selected,and 70 flight trainees were tested through the pilot assessment system,in addition,Apriori algorithmic modeling was utilized to explore the degree of correlation between these cognitive abilities and flight training level.The results show that flight trainees with excellent cognitive conflict resolution ability,short-term memory ability,at-tention allocation ability,and attention concentration ability have better flight training performance.The cognitive ability that has the greatest influence on flight trainees'flight training level is attention allocation ability,follows by at-tention concentration ability,cognitive conflict resolution ability,and working memory ability.This study provides scientific suggestions for the cultivation of cognitive abilities in the selection,daily flight training of flight trainees,which can help to reduce the grounding rate and improve the safety of flight training.
