Discussion on construction of a safety intelligent system for urban water supply and drainage enterprises in Greater Bay Area
To effectively improve the safety management effectiveness of water supply and drainage enterprises,we explore the use of new generation information technology to transform and build an intelligent safety management plat-form for water supply and drainage enterprises,accelerate the deep integration of intelligence into core safety produc-tion businesses,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.This article combines the engineering practice data and information technology research results of existing water supply and drainage enterprises in Greater Bay Area,and analyzes the construction ideas of a safety intelligent system for water supply and drainage enterprises from three as-pects:concept and framework,execution indicators and subsystems,and construction requirements.The article intro-duces the application of subsystems such as policy and regulatory compliance management,education and training management,safety element management,hidden danger investigation management,emergency event management,statistical analysis,and hierarchical control in construction,operation,and maintenance,and analyzes the development trend,technical route,and challenges faced by water supply and drainage enterprises in the process of intelligent de-velopment,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of water supply and drainage enterprises in the future.
