Effect of integrated process of coal pyrolysis and catalytic activated H2-CH4 on tar yield and quality
For the purpose of realizing the clean and efficient oil increase and quality improvement of coal resources, this paper adopts the two-Stage fixed-bed reaction device to study the coal pyrolysis under dif-ferent atmospheres, and determine the coal pyrolysis temperature and atmosphere with better tar yield. The coupling between ash,Fe2O3 and CaO catalytic activation of H2-CH4 and coal pyrolysis was investigated. In comparison with the changes of tar yield, fraction distribution and composition before and after the addition of catalysts,it helps to study the effect of the process on the yield and quality of tar.The results show that the tar yield of H2-CH4 catalytic activation coupled with coal pyrolysis increases by 17.57%compared with that of direct pyrolysis tar in immediate atmosphere, indicating that coal ash,Fe2O3 and CaO had better catalytic activation effects on H2-CH4 mixed atmosphere. The results of GC-MS show that ash and CaO increase the content of aromatics and phenols, but decrease the content of ethers;Fe2O3 decreases the content of aromatics, and increases the content of olefin and lipid. The results of simulation distillation show that Fe2O3 has better activation performance than coal ash and CaO,and the addition of catalyst can increase the content of light oil, phenolic oil and washing oil,and reduce the content of naph-thalene oil and anthracene oil, which is conducive to the light tar.
