摘要

针对丁辛醇市场及工业装置运行现状的迫切需求,开发了一种新型的铜硅系醛加氢催化剂,具有优异的丁醛/辛烯醛加氢性能,实验室模试评价结果显示催化剂针对醛气相加氢转化率接近100%,醇选择性超过99%,1 000 h测试活性保持稳定,且催化剂对工艺条件变化及原料切换具有较强适应性.相比于进口剂体现了环境友好、操作条件温和、产品质量高等优点,具备良好的应用前景和推广潜力.

Abstract

A new type of copper-Silica aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst has been developed to address the urgent needs of the market and industrial operations of butanol/octanol.This catalyst exhibits excellent butanal/octenal hydrogenation performance Laboratory-Scale testing results show that the catalyst achieves a nearly 100%conversion for aldehyde gas-phase hydrogenation with a selectivity of alcohol over 99%.It maintains stable activity during a 1 000 h test and demonstrates strong adaptability to process condition changes and raw material switches.Compared to imported catalysts,it offers advantages such as environ-mental friendliness,mild operating conditions,and high product quality,making it a promising and poten-tially widely applicable solution.
