甲烷干重整(DRM)可将CH4和CO2两种温室气体转化为合成气,实现大规模降碳,对我国实现"碳达峰、碳中和"的目标具有重要意义.钙钛矿材料具有可调的晶体结构及可控的晶格氧,表现出良好的抗积炭和抗烧结性能,有助于抑制催化剂积炭,实现甲烷干重整催化剂的工业化应用.介绍抑制甲烷干重整催化剂积炭的方法、钙钛矿材料的结构特点和钙钛矿催化剂的制备方法,总结钙钛矿催化剂在甲烷干重整过程中的应用及改性方法,在此基础上,对钙钛矿催化剂的改性手段进行总结与展望.
Application of perovskite in dry reforming of methane
Dry reforming of methane(DRM)can convert methane and carbon dioxide into syngas to reduce carbon emissions effectively,which is meaningful for China to achieve the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutralization".Perovskite have adjustable crystal structure and controllable lattice oxygen,showing good anti-carbon deposition sintering performance,which is helpful to inhibit catalyst carbon deposition and realize the industrial application.This paper introduced the methods of inhibiting carbon deposition of methane dry reforming catalyst,the structural characteristics of perovskite materials and the preparation methods of perovskite catalyst.Besides,this paper summarized the application and modification methods of perovskite catalyst for DRM.The modification methods of perovskite catalyst are further discussed.
