催化氧化法制备二硫化四苄基秋兰姆及其微观结构分析

以过氧化氢为氧化剂,98%硫酸为催化剂,水为溶剂,原材料化学计量比为n(二硫化碳)∶n(氢氧化钠)∶n(过氧化氢)∶n(二苄胺)=1.05∶1.0∶1.2∶1.0,采用二步法制得高熔点和高性能的超速级橡胶硫化促进剂二硫化四苄基秋兰姆(TBzTD),该工艺路线的投资小,能耗低,反应可控性强,目标产物收率和纯度高,是一种环境友好的清洁生产工艺,工业应用前景广阔.目的产物进行FT-IR、UV-vis、HPLC、XRD和1HNMR分析检测,揭示TBzTD的微观结构,为开拓其性能和应用提供了基础实验数据.
Preparation and microstructure analysis of tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide by catalytic oxidation method
In this study,a two-step method was used to obtain the ultra fast rubber vulcanization accelerator tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide(TBzTD)with high melting point and quality using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,98%sulfuric acid as catalyst,water as the solvent,and n(carbon disulfide)∶n(sodium hydroxide)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)∶n(dibenzylamine)=1.05∶1.0∶1.2∶1.0.This process route has low investment,low energy consumption,strong reaction controllability,and high yield and purity of the target product.It is an environmentally friendly and clean production process with broad industrial application prospects.The target product TBzTD was detected and analyzed by FT-IR,UV-vis,HPLC,XRD,and 1HNMR to reveal its microstructure,providing basic experimental data for exploring its performance and application.
