Preparation and catalytic performance of catalysts for NOx control in air pollution
Nitrogen oxides(NOx)in car exhaust are one of the main pollutants of air pollution.Selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides(SCR)is a technology with promising application prospects.ZSM-5 molecular sieve is used for diffusion control issues in the C2H2-SCR reaction to eliminate NOx.Based on this,a microporous/mesoporous composite ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was prepared by treating micro-porous NaZSM-5 molecular sieve with NaOH solution, and the catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,and FT-IR.Treat the sample with 1 mol·L-1NaOH solution at 65 ℃ for 90 minutes and then perform hydrothermal treatment to clear the pores, the presence of mesopores can obvi-ously enhance the C2H2-SCR activity of ZSM-5 molecular sieve.
